Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis
  • Your heel pain has lasted at least 3 months
  • Your pain is on the bottom of your heel, toward the inside
  • Your worst pain happens with the first steps in the morning or after resting
  • You have a score of 3 or 4 on the Roles and Maudsley pain scale at your first visit
