- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis
- Your heel pain has lasted at least 3 months
- Your pain is on the bottom of your heel, toward the inside
- Your worst pain happens with the first steps in the morning or after resting
- You have a score of 3 or 4 on the Roles and Maudsley pain scale at your first visit
