Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or come back.
  • Your tumor has a specific genetic change called ROS1 rearrangement (confirmed by a test).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are 18 years or older (or 20 in some countries).
  • You are in generally good health (able to do most daily activities).
  • You have not had any prior targeted therapy (TKI) or immunotherapy for advanced lung cancer.
