Who can take part

  • You must have been diagnosed with hemophilia type A or B.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be taking treatment for hemophilia, either regularly (prophylaxis) or as needed (on-demand).
  • You must be able to walk about 20 meters on your own, even if you use a cane or walker.
  • You must not have a serious health condition that affects your heart, lungs, brain, or muscles and bones.
