Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with severe hemophilia A
- You are 18 years old or older
- At least one of your knees or ankles has moderate joint damage (a score of 3 or higher on the Hemophilia Joint Health Score)
- You do not regularly use walking aids like crutches or walkers
- You have not had major surgery on your lower legs or feet in the past six months
- You do not have a neurological, psychiatric, or chronic inflammatory condition that would affect the study
