Who can take part
- Severe hemophilia A diagnosis
- Currently on standard low-dose factor VIII prophylaxis 1–3 times per week for at least 6 months
- No history of factor VIII inhibitor (antibody level less than 0.6 Bethesda units)
- You and your parents must agree to participate and sign a consent form
- No other joint problems like osteoarthritis or metabolic bone disease
