STX-241 for advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer after TKI failure

Who can take part

  • You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has a specific change in the EGFR gene (exon 19 deletion or L858R mutation).
  • You have already taken a third-generation EGFR inhibitor (like osimertinib) and your cancer got worse while on it.
  • After that treatment, tests showed your cancer has a new mutation called C797X (and, for some parts, no T790M mutation).
  • You are in fairly good health, able to care for yourself, and your major organs (heart, kidneys, liver, blood) are working well enough.
