Who can take part
- You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (stage IIIB, IIIC, or IV) that cannot be removed by surgery or cured with radiation.
- Your tumor must have a specific genetic change called EGFR or HER2 exon 20 insertion mutation.
- You must have already tried at least one standard treatment, including platinum-based chemotherapy (unless you cannot take it).
- Your cancer must have gotten worse despite treatment.
- You must have a tumor sample (from a recent biopsy or one taken within the last 10 years) available for testing.
- You must be at least 18 years old and in good overall health (able to do daily activities without much help).
