A moderate carb diet test for kids with type 1 diabetes
Part of Hormones & metabolism, Immune system & allergy clinical trials.

This trial helps children with type 1 diabetes get advanced diabetes technology, aiming to reduce gaps in access for families with fewer resources. It will check whether these tools are usable and helpful for diabetes care in children who meet the study needs.
This study tests a new insulin pump system (MiniMed 780G) in children aged 7-17 who were recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. It aims to see if this pump helps control blood sugar better and improves quality of life compared to standard insulin shots or older pumps.
This study compares a very low carbohydrate diet to a regular diet to see how well blood sugar control works for adults with type 1 diabetes. It may help you understand which eating pattern is easier and safer for managing daily glucose with modern diabetes technology.
