  • You have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia using the 2016 criteria.
  • You have a computer or tablet with a camera and a private space for video visits.
  • You do not have other serious health conditions (like heart disease or severe diabetes).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant soon.
  • You do not work night shifts or travel outside the Eastern Time Zone in the next month.
