Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 74 years old.
- You must have had a liver biopsy showing NASH with some fibrosis (scarring) in the last 6 months.
- An MRI must show at least 10% fat in your liver.
- Your weight must have been stable (no more than 5% change) in the 6 weeks before the study.
- You cannot have cirrhosis or other causes of liver disease besides NASH.
- You cannot have poorly controlled diabetes, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or osteoporosis.
