Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You are scheduled for lung cancer surgery using small incisions (VATS or robotic).
- Your surgery is expected to take at least 2 hours and you will stay in the hospital for at least 2 days after.
- You are not allergic to any of the pain medicines used (like local anesthetics, NSAIDs, or general anesthesia drugs).
- You do not have serious health problems that would make the study unsafe (such as severe kidney disease, heart or lung problems, or a history of stroke).
