Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and able to make your own medical decisions.
- You have been diagnosed with oral, oropharyngeal, laryngeal, or hypopharyngeal cancer.
- Your cancer has not spread to other parts of the body.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 6 months.
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, thyroid, heart, and adrenal function are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had other cancers in the last 5 years (except certain skin or thyroid cancers).
