Who can take part
- You have newly diagnosed, advanced head and neck cancer (oral cavity, throat, voice box, or lower throat) that has not been treated yet.
- Your cancer tests positive for a protein called PD-L1 (CPS score of 1 or higher).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live more than 6 months.
- Your organ function (blood counts, liver, kidneys, thyroid) is adequate based on blood tests.
