Who can take part
- You have multiple myeloma with tumors (plasmacytomas) that are not attached to bone, called extramedullary disease.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are able to take care of yourself and be up and about at least 60% of the time (Karnofsky score 60 or above).
- You have already tried at least three types of treatment: an immunomodulatory drug (like lenalidomide), a proteasome inhibitor (like bortezomib), and an anti-CD38 antibody (like daratumumab).
- Your blood counts (neutrophils, platelets, hemoglobin) and liver and kidney function are within study limits.
- You have a tumor outside the bone that doctors think would benefit from palliative radiation (to relieve pain or other symptoms).
