Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that came back or didn't respond to at least one prior treatment, including certain types of drugs (IMiDs, proteasome inhibitors, or anti-CD38 antibodies).
  • Your cancer has spread to soft tissues (extramedullary disease) or outside the bone (paramedullary disease), seen on a scan like PET/CT or MRI.
  • You have at least one spot of this spread that hasn't been treated with radiation before and can be safely treated with radiation.
  • Your blood counts and organ function meet safe levels: hemoglobin at least 7 g/dL, platelets at least 50K, neutropils at least 0.75K, and adequate kidney and liver function.
  • You are physically active enough to be up and about more than half the day (ECOG performance status 0-2), unless limitations are due to myeloma pain.
  • If you could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control and have negative pregnancy tests.
