Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You had a positive COVID-19 test (PCR or home test confirmed with a blood test) during your infection.
  • You have fully recovered from the initial infection (no current active COVID-19).
  • You are either healthy now or have ongoing neurological symptoms (like brain fog, fatigue, nerve pain, or dizziness).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or within a year after giving birth.
  • You are willing to travel to the NIH for an extended hospital stay and to share your data and samples.
