Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are already scheduled for an overnight sleep study (polysomnography) as part of your care.
  • You typically sleep at least 6 hours per night.
  • You do not have an implanted medical device (like a pacemaker).
  • You do not have a chest deformity that would prevent placing a smartphone on your chest.
  • You are able to understand and speak the language used at the study center.
