  • You are pregnant and 18 years or older, and less than 28 weeks along.
  • You have a good enough understanding of English to give consent.
  • You currently have some symptoms of depression or have at least one factor that makes depression more likely.
  • You own a smartphone that can download and run the HappyMums app.
