Who can take part

  • You have a chronic lung disease such as asthma, COPD (chronic bronchitis or emphysema), pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, or sleep apnea.
  • You are currently taking part in a lung rehabilitation program.
  • You are 18 to 80 years old.
  • You do not have any medical reason that would make it unsafe for you to do adapted physical activity.
  • You are able to give your own consent and are not under legal guardianship or in prison.
  • You have health insurance (Social Security affiliation).
