Who can take part
- You have a type of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) with the CD19 marker on the cells.
- Your leukemia has not responded to standard treatment, came back within 12 months, relapsed after a stem cell transplant, or if Philadelphia chromosome-positive, you have tried at least one TKI without success.
- At least 5% of the cells in your bone marrow are leukemia cells (blasts).
- Your major organs (like heart, liver, and kidneys) are working well enough, and you have adequate blood counts.
- You have not had recent chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatments (check specific timeframes).
- You do not have active leukemia spread to your brain or spinal cord, active serious infections, or uncontrolled heart problems.
