CAR-T for relapsed or refractory B-ALL after treatment failure

This trial tests an engineered immune-cell treatment (GC019F CAR-T) for adults with B-cell ALL that has come back or did not respond to prior therapy. If it works, it may help your immune system attack leukemia cells by targeting CD19.

Who can take part

  • Ages 18 to 70 years
  • Your health status is good enough for study visits (ECOG 0 to 2)
  • You have CD19 leukemia cells in your blood or bone marrow test
  • Your ALL is relapsed or refractory, meaning it didn’t respond or it came back (including after transplant, or special rules for Ph+ cases)
  • You have no recent transplant: no stem cell transplant within the last 6 months
  • You have enough organ health (kidney, liver, bilirubin) and heart function, and oxygen levels above 92% while breathing room air
  • You can get study blood samples and give consent; you agree to follow treatment and safety rules
