Who can take part

  • You have advanced (unresectable or metastatic) breast cancer confirmed by imaging
  • Your cancer is hormone-receptor positive and HER2-negative with a known HER2 mutation
  • Your cancer has progressed after at least one prior hormone therapy (with or without CDK4/6 inhibitor)
  • You have not received more than two chemotherapy regimens for advanced disease
  • You have not previously received HER2-directed tyrosine kinase inhibitors (but other HER2 treatments like T-DXd are allowed)
  • You are able to swallow pills and have no significant stomach or bowel problems that would prevent absorption
