Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive (hormone receptor-positive) and HER2-negative, and it has a HER2 gene mutation.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one hormone therapy (including CDK4/6 inhibitor).
- You have not had more than two chemotherapy regimens for advanced disease.
- You have not been treated with a HER2-directed tyrosine kinase inhibitor before.
