Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have advanced or spreading non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a HER2 mutation
  • You have not had any prior treatment for your advanced cancer
  • You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured
  • You are able to have platinum-based chemotherapy and pembrolizumab, if given
  • Your daily activity level is good (ECOG score 0 or 1)
