Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have advanced or spreading non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with a HER2 mutation
- You have not had any prior treatment for your advanced cancer
- You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured
- You are able to have platinum-based chemotherapy and pembrolizumab, if given
- Your daily activity level is good (ECOG score 0 or 1)
