Who can take part

  • You must be a student at Universiti Malaya.
  • You must be able to read and understand English.
  • You must have had jaw pain for at least 3 months.
  • You cannot be currently seeing a psychiatrist or taking antidepressants, anti-anxiety meds, or similar drugs.
  • You cannot have done meditation, yoga, or tai chi before.
  • You cannot have had jaw surgery, facial trauma, or certain health conditions like diabetes or arthritis.
