Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with a temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD) and have had jaw pain or trouble using your jaw for at least 3 months.
  • You can follow simple instructions for body awareness exercises.
  • You are willing to attend all therapy sessions and assessments.
  • You have not had a jaw injury, fracture, or surgery in the last 6 months, and you do not have a condition like rheumatoid arthritis that affects your joints.
