- You are a man with diabetes and erectile dysfunction caused by blood vessel problems.
- You have been in a stable relationship (married) for at least some time.
- Standard erectile dysfunction pills (like Viagra or Cialis) have not worked well for you, even at the highest dose, for at least 3 months.
- You have had a penile ultrasound (Penile Duplex) that confirms the problem is due to blood vessel issues.
- You have tried a medication called PGE-1 as an injection, and your erection hardness score after that was 3 or less (on a scale of 1 to 4).
- You do not have serious heart problems, unstable mental health conditions, penis shape abnormalities, or a history of spinal or pelvic surgery.
