  • You have had diabetes (type 1 or type 2) for at least 5 years.
  • You have been living with erectile dysfunction for at least 6 months.
  • Standard treatments like pills or injections haven't worked well for you.
  • Your doctor has said you might need a penile implant because other treatments haven't helped.
