Dry needling for shoulder pain with ultrasound guidance

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • A doctor has told you that you have rotator cuff tendinopathy, and it was confirmed by an ultrasound or MRI.
  • You have a tight, painful band of muscle in your shoulder blade (infraspinatus) that, when pressed, reproduces your usual shoulder pain.
  • You are not a high-level athlete, and you do not have other shoulder conditions like frozen shoulder, torn rotator cuff, or a past fracture or surgery.
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have fibromyalgia, cancer, or a history of shoulder dislocation.
