Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have no shoulder pain, or pain in only one shoulder that has lasted more than 3 months.
  • You can lift your arm sideways to shoulder height (90 degrees) and rotate it outward at least 30 degrees.
  • You do not have neck pain, whiplash, or a past shoulder injury.
  • You do not have fibromyalgia, are not pregnant, and are not afraid of needles.
