  • You are a woman aged 20 to 40 years old
  • You have PCOS as diagnosed by the Rotterdam criteria (two out of three: irregular periods, signs of high male hormones, or cysts on ovary ultrasound)
  • You are planning to get pregnant or have had trouble conceiving
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or past menopause
  • You have not used insulin, diabetes pills, weight loss drugs, or similar medications in the past 3 months
  • You have no other serious health conditions like liver disease, kidney disease, heart problems, or cancer
