  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 5 years
  • Between 18 and 65 years old
  • Willing to take part in the study
  • Able to see, hear, and speak well enough to do the tests
  • No prior training in motor imagery techniques
  • No orthopedic problems that make walking difficult (like severe joint or bone issues)
  • No history of neurological disease (such as stroke, Parkinson's, or multiple sclerosis)
  • Not taking any medication that affects the central nervous system (like sedatives or strong painkillers)
