VR Cognitive Training for Type 2 Diabetes and Memory Problems

  • Age 45–80 years old
  • Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes with stable blood sugar control for at least 3 months
  • Mild cognitive impairment (early memory or thinking problems that don't interfere with basic daily life)
  • Completed elementary school or higher and able to participate in training sessions and tests
  • Willing to undergo brain MRI scans and use virtual-reality headsets
  • Not currently in another clinical trial or taking cognitive-enhancing medications
