  • You were diagnosed with cancer in the last 5 years
  • You have been diagnosed with major depression (without hallucinations or delusions)
  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your cancer is not advanced (you are able to do most daily activities on your own)
  • You do not have suicidal thoughts, seizures, or serious vision problems
  • You can walk without help
