Who can take part
- You have a type of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET) that has continued to grow or spread despite previous treatments such as hormone therapy, targeted therapy, or chemotherapy.
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
- You have not had another cancer in the last 5 years, except for certain cured skin or cervical cancers.
- You are able to take oral medications and do not have any serious health conditions that would make this treatment unsafe (like uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart failure, or bleeding problems).
