Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old with prostate cancer.
  • Your cancer was confirmed by a biopsy within the last year, and you are scheduled for proton beam therapy with a rectal spacer.
  • Your cancer is stage T1 to T3 and has not spread to the back of the prostate.
  • Your PSA level is 20 or lower.
  • Your Gleason score is 7 or lower.
  • You are able to understand and sign a consent form.
