Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been newly diagnosed with glioblastoma and had at least 80% of the tumor removed.
  • You finished standard chemotherapy and radiation (CCRT) between 4 and 6 weeks ago.
  • You have been on a stable or lower dose of steroids for at least 2 weeks.
  • You are able to take care of most daily activities (Karnofsky score of 70 or higher).
  • Your tumor is MGMT unmethylated (for the dose expansion part of the study).
