Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have early-stage (I, II, or III) breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive (ER+) and HER2 negative.
  • You are about to start or are currently receiving chemotherapy with EC (epirubicin and cyclophosphamide) followed by docetaxel.
  • You have no health problems that would make exercise unsafe.
  • You can understand and communicate in English.
