  • You are on the waiting list for a hip or knee replacement because of arthritis.
  • You have internet access and can use web-based programs.
  • You are able and willing to travel to the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre for two visits.
  • You understand the study and can agree to take part.
  • You have not had a previous hip or knee replacement.
