Who can take part

  • You have had asthma for at least 1 year.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had an asthma attack in the past year that needed 3 or more days of steroids or a hospital stay for asthma.
  • You take a daily inhaler with both a steroid and a long-acting bronchodilator (like Advair, Symbicort, or Breo).
  • You also use a rescue inhaler (like albuterol) at least once a month.
