Who can take part

  • You are 21 years old or older.
  • You had your first stroke, and it was mild or moderate.
  • You left the hospital no more than 3 months ago.
  • You can think clearly enough to take part in the study (no major confusion or memory loss).
  • You speak and understand English or Mandarin.
  • You have a family member or friend (21+) who is your main caregiver and also speaks English or Mandarin, and they want to join the study with you.
