Who can take part

  • You had a first stroke confirmed by a specialist and a brain scan (CT/MRI)
  • You are Asian, and age is between 21 and 90
  • Your thinking/memory screening (MOCA) is 21 out of 30 or higher
  • You started inpatient rehab within 8 weeks after the stroke
  • Your arm problem is from the stroke, and it is not on both arms
  • You do not have uncontrolled serious illness (like unstable heart problems or sepsis) and you are not in late-stage life expectancy (less than 6 months)
