Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) that has spread to the brain, and the brain tumors are new or have grown after previous treatment.
- You can have an MRI with contrast to check your brain tumors.
- You have previously received a taxane (like paclitaxel) or an anthracycline (like doxorubicin) for your breast cancer.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG score 0–2) and have normal organ function.
