Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain, and the brain metastases are new or have grown after previous treatment.
- You have not had surgery or radiation for the brain metastases at this time, and there is no immediate need for them.
- You have previously received an antibody-drug conjugate (a targeted therapy that delivers chemotherapy to cancer cells).
- Your overall health is good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-1).
- You have not been treated with sacituzumab tirumotecan before.
