Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain, either newly found or growing after earlier treatments like radiation or surgery.
  • You should have had at least one prior treatment with an antibody-drug conjugate (a type of targeted therapy).
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You need adequate kidney, liver, and bone marrow function, as checked by blood tests.
  • You cannot have had sacituzumab tirumotecan before, or have a known allergy to it, and must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
