Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You play futsal in a high-level Spanish league (National League or specific Madrid leagues) and have been playing for at least 2 years
  • You have enrolled in the Madrid Health System
  • You have had an ACL injury and are not having surgery for anything else in that knee (no other previous knee surgeries)
  • You have not had a past ACL rupture before this one
  • You do not have any other knee or leg injury that happened within the last 2 months, and you do not have heart or lung conditions that could affect the study
