- You had ACL surgery using a hamstring tendon graft at least once.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have no other serious knee ligament injuries (like the MCL or PCL).
- You don't have health conditions that make exercise unsafe, like heart or lung problems.
- You are not taking certain medications (like antidepressants) that affect your nerves or muscles.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
