Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have rectal cancer that is within 10 cm of the anal opening (confirmed by MRI).
- Your tumor has normal mismatch repair (pMMR) or is microsatellite stable (MSS) or low (MSI-L).
- Your pelvic MRI shows a high-risk feature such as deep tumor growth, lymph node involvement, or blood/lymph vessel invasion.
