Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult between 20 and 45 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 27.
  • You have no major health problems (heart, liver, kidney, etc.) and are not on any regular medications.
  • You are not allergic to parecoxib or similar drugs.
  • You agree to use birth control if you are a woman of childbearing age, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not donated blood recently and are willing to avoid certain drugs and vaccines before the study.
