  • You are between 18 and 85 years old
  • You weigh more than 110 pounds (50 kg)
  • You were diagnosed with a spontaneous bleed around the brain (subarachnoid hemorrhage) within the last 48 hours
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant
  • You are not taking certain other pain relievers or steroids
  • You do not have severe liver disease, active stomach ulcers, or certain heart conditions
