Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a small brain aneurysm (10 mm or less) that has never burst, located on the internal carotid or vertebral artery inside the skull.
- You do not have any other brain aneurysms needing treatment within the next year, and no history of certain other brain conditions (like arteriovenous malformations or moyamoya).
- You have not had a stroke in the past month, and your overall health is good enough to undergo a procedure (no severe heart, lung, kidney, or other major illness).
- You are able to take blood-thinning medications and do not have allergies to the stent materials (nickel-titanium, cobalt-chromium, or platinum-tungsten alloys).
