Heart health study using CT scans and blood samples

Who can take part

  • You have known or suspected stable coronary artery disease (blockages in heart arteries that don't cause sudden emergencies).
  • You must have stored blood samples (whole blood and plasma/serum) in a biobank from a previous or upcoming cardiac CT scan.
  • You should not have severe heart failure (NYHA Class III-IV) or a very weak heart pump (LVEF less than 40%).
  • You must not have other serious health conditions that limit your expected survival to less than one year.
  • Your cardiac CT images must be clear and of good quality.
